- 1977Lliteras & Cía is founded
Joan Lliteras, an economist and certified public auditor, founds a multidisciplinary firm in Barcelona: accounting, tax, employment and legal.
- 1995María José Ordóñez joins the firm
María José Ordóñez joins Lliteras and grows the business alongside the founder, of whom she keeps fond memories, eventually becoming a partner.
- 2024Nextica Law & Tax is born
