Accounting and Financial Consulting: the Foundation on which Correct Decisions are Made

Financial stability is key to sustainable growth, from startup to large corporation. We provide accounting and financial advisory —including for subsidiaries of multinationals and reporting to parent companies— adapting to each company's needs so you meet regulations and decide with reliable data.

Correct accounting is not just a legal obligation. It is the information system on which business decisions are made. Without reliable financial data, it is impossible to know if a product line is profitable, if there is enough liquidity for the next quarter, if the company can undertake an investment, or if it is creating or destroying value. At Nextica Law & Tax, accounting consulting is not a standard management service: it is a service of diagnosis, planning, and financial control that adapts to the needs of each company, from the startup that is just beginning to the multinational subsidiary that needs monthly reporting in English.

Frequently asked questions

What does accounting outsourcing exactly include?

The accounting outsourcing service at Nextica includes: recording all transactions (issued and received invoices, expenses, collections, and payments), monthly bank reconciliation, alignment with VAT records, preparation of mandatory accounting books, submission of tax returns (Mod. 303, 111, 115, 349, 202, 200) and preparation of periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, or annually according to the client's needs).

How much does accounting outsourcing cost for an SME?

The cost depends on the monthly transaction volume (number of invoices issued and received), the complexity of the activity (whether there are intra-community operations, OSS, withholdings of various types) and the level of reports required. Can you do the reporting in English for our foreign parent company?

Yes. We prepare monthly financial reports in English adapted to the format required by the parent company: statements in IFRS or US GAAP, a conversion table from Spanish PGC, reporting of operational KPIs, and quarterly closing packages with consolidation adjustments. We have experience with parent companies in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Japan, and other countries.

Do micro-enterprises or freelancers need accounting?

Commercial companies (SL, SA) are required to maintain accounting regardless of their size or turnover. Freelancers are not required to keep commercial accounting, but they must record their income and expenses for income tax purposes. However, maintaining organized accounting, even if it is not mandatory, facilitates business management and tax planning.

What is the transfer process if we have another manager?

The transfer from another accounting provider is managed in an orderly manner: we collect the documentation from the current and previous fiscal years, we review the prior accounting, identify possible inconsistencies, and take over management from the agreed period. We coordinate with the previous provider to ensure continuity and that there are no gaps in coverage.
